I'm Steph Gaudreau.

My restrictive relationship with food followed me from my Weight Watchers diet days into my paleo "lifestyle" days.

I traded a fear of fat for a fear of carbs.

Finally, I had enough. Over a decade, I slowly took myself from overwhelmed dieter who hated my body to a body neutral intuitive eater. I made peace with food (yep, even bread), and learned how to eat without the stress.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the payment options?

Founding members can choose $99 / month or $999 for the lifetime of the membership.

How time consuming is this?

Content/coaching will be provided 3-4 times a month and take anywhere from 15-60 minutes per week to complete.

I designed Tune In to fit in with your life, not take it over! You've got other stuff to do!

Can I cancel any time?

For monthly, you'll be billed on the same day of the month that you signed up. You can cancel at any time. If you want to come back, you'll have to wait until the next open enrollment period.

For lifetime, you'll be billed once. Try risk free for 7 days...if you're not satisfied you can ask for a full refund by emailing support@stephgaudreau.com.

There are no refunds on months that have already been charged, even if you didn't use the membership.

What will I get access to when I sign up?

In the month of August, I'll be rolling out the community and coaching and resources. The membership portal will be available by September 1.  

How is this different than a course?

A course runs for a short period of time, say 4-8 weeks.

A membership is for ongoing implementation and putting what you're learning into action.

How much do I have to participate?

It's totally up to you. You'll get more out of Tune In if you participate, but you can also use the portal as a more DIY experience if you want.

Do I keep access if I leave?

For a membership, if you leave, your access to the membership area/materials and community stops. You do not get to keep the videos, recordings, etc.

Think of it like Netflix or Amazon Prime. If you stop the membership, your access goes away.
