Monthly Coaching Calls
Steph leads monthly group coaching calls (2 per month). Get your questions answered and possibly jump into the hot seat. This is where magic happens! Submit a question ahead of time (stay anonymous if you want) and have the opportunity to get coaching in real time.

How much is it?
Choose between a monthly or biannual (every 6-month) option. This is a fraction of what it would cost to get 1-1 coaching with Steph.
Is there coaching?
Yes. There are Zoom group coaching calls run by Steph. You'll also get coaching and support in the community.
How much do I have to participate?
It's totally up to you but if you don't participate, you won't get results.
Do you give refunds?
If you choose not to renew your membership once your enrollment period (monthly or 6 months) is over, email firstname.lastname@example.org at least 7 days before your renewal date so we can process your cancellation. There are no refunds on months that have already been charged, even if you didn't use the membership. No refunds or pro-rated refunds will be given for past months or time remaining in the current membership. If you cancel, access to membership materials and community will be removed once your current billing cycle is complete.
Do I keep access if I leave?
For a membership, if you leave, your access to the membership area/materials and community stops. You do not get to keep the videos, recordings, etc.
Think of it like Netflix or Amazon Prime. If you stop the membership, your access goes away.
What will I get access to when I sign up?
You'll get access to the Member Portal and the community, and you'll be able to participate in activities right away.
Can I get accountability?
We have several peer accountability pods you can join.
How can I receive group coaching?
There are group Zoom calls twice monthly on average. Recordings are available if you can't attend live. For Q&A sessions, you can submit a question ahead of time for Steph to answer. The question can remain anonymous if you like.
Can I join if I don't believe anti-racism is important?
No. Diet culture is a tool of the white supremacist patriarchy. If you're not ready to acknowledge that, this is not the group for you.
Can I join if I don't believe in intersectional feminism?
No. Diet culture is a tool of white supremacy and the patriarchy. If you're not ready to acknowledge these systems and/or you believe trans women aren't women, this is not the group for you.
How time consuming is this?
You'll have access to a self-paced course. I recommend you spend 15-30 minutes each week, at minimum. If you don't do the work, nothing will change. If you participate in the community and attend the monthly coaching calls, factor in extra time.
Tune In is designed to fit in with your life, not take it over! But if you want results, you have to do the work. You can't expect change to happen in a week, either.
Is the community on Facebook?
Nope-ity nope. Facebook is a distraction factory. It's loaded with diet culture ads, shit that makes you feel bad about yourself, and a billion things to pull your attention away from the task at hand. Our community is hosted on a private, ad-free platform.
Is the community monitored?
Yes! And Steph is present to help answer questions.
Will this help me lose weight?
We focus on helping you make behavior modification with health-promoting habits. We also help you set goals that go beyond intentional weight loss. Your weight may stay the same or it may change.
Is this therapy?
Therapy focuses on healing the "there and then" while coaching focuses on the "here and now." Therapy is wonderful, and there’s no shame in receiving therapy for your mental health, to resolve trauma, and to heal painful past experiences. In coaching, while we may seek to understand how the "there and then" is playing out in the "here and now", our focus is on creating new actions and outcomes. Many of clients, past and present, also have therapists and this work is often very synergistic!
Is Steph a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor?
Yes. She is certified under Evelyn Tribole & Elyse Resch, the Intuitive Eating Pros.
Is Steph HAES aligned?
Yes. She has signed the Health At Every Size pledge. HAES focuses on body respect, critical awareness, and compassionate self-care.
What happens after I sign up?
You'll receive an email with details on logging into the member portal. Inside the portal, you'll want to begin the Start Here Module to see your First 90 Days guide and directions on how to join the community. During the first week, you'll also receive a series of welcome emails to make sure you get started strong.
