You're more confused about what to eat than ever before...

Even though you've done every flavor of "clean eating," nutritional reset, detox, and food lifestyle out there.

The pressure of perfect eating and all the rules of what you're supposed to put on your plate are exhausting.

"Screwing up" sends you into a spiral of guilt and shame. And another 30-day reset. ("But it's not a diet," you keep telling yourself.)

And you're trapped by negative self-talk.

You realize how much time, energy, and resources you're spending thinking about food, worrying about getting it right, and beating yourself up when you "fail."

And how much it's draining you of mental and emotional peace...and the ability to stay present to how fucking incredible your life actually is.

Diet culture bullshit is there to remind you about how far you are from perfect, how much cleaning up your diet will solve all your problems, and how happy you'll finally be when your body is smaller...and it's still so enticing even though you know it's a lie.

It's time to smash the diet culture that tells you you're never enough and forge a path toward your own authentic health.

In this 3 month Intuitive Eating & body image small group coaching, you'll walk away with the tools to connect to and listen to your body, deepen your body trust, and begin to transform your relationship with food.

You are meant for more than obsessing about food, being on diets, and going to war with your body...promise.

Applications due February 7.

  • To confidently tune into the signals your body is sending you and trust in what it's asking for.
  • To be fully grateful for what your body can do and how it shows up for you every day.
  • To eat in a way that supports your body, mind, and spirit without counting, logging, and weighing food...or yourself.
  • To approach every meal with a growing sense of peace and ease.
  • To freely eat what you want and move your body in a way that makes you feel amazing.
  • To make it through a stressful workday and evening at home without bingeing.
  • To know precisely how to build your own unique and sustainable authentic health without the pressure of all the "shoulds."
  • To clearly identify your needs and develop a range of coping strategies besides automatically turning to food.

All this and more is possible when you're fully supported on this 3-month journey of Intuitive Eating & body acceptance self-discovery.

Hi lovely, I'm Steph Gaudreau...

I was put on this planet to help others faciliate their own healing and come home to themselves. I'm not here to fix you – you're not broken! – but rather to help you identify, remove, and transform what's standing in your way so you can live a life you fully choose. I believe you were made for more than obsessively counting calories or hating your body until the day you die.

Most of what I do involves a mixture of high-level coaching around Intuitive Eating sprinkled with Nutritional Therapy, mindset, energetics, motivational interviewing, herbalism, and spiritual curiosity. I'm a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor who studied under Evelyn Tribole & Elyse Resch, founders of Intuitive Eating.

For nearly 30 years, I struggled with body dysmorphia and constant dieting. Once I stopped calorie counting and under-eating, it turned into a restrictive "food lifestyle" full of more diet rules and anxiety about off-limits, non-compliant foods. Through my own self-education and trial and error, I gradually started becoming a more intuitive eater. It was a slow process, but I got there...I even eat and fully enjoy bread now. That's a big deal for someone who was terrified of gluten for years!

Here's the thing...I WISH I had support when I was re-learning to be an Intuitive Eater. I had so many fears, sticking points, and beliefs about food that were running my life and taking up so much space in my head. The process of making peace with and trusting my body around food took me almost a decade. It won't happen overnight, but I also know it shouldn't have to take you 10 years.

I started this targeted, intensive Intuitive Eating group coaching so you can stop going to war with food and your body and live a more peaceful life full of purpose and possibility. And, so that it won't have to take you as long as it took me.

I'm really looking forward to supporting you on your journey of self-discovery!

What My Group Coaching Clients Have to Say...

"I have become more conscious of my eating and the reasons for it (hunger, stress, sadness). Having the coaching, check in sessions and accountability was really great. I liked being part of a small group. I really got to know some of the participants and could relate to everyone's different stories and challenges. I have become less guilty about eating food, and I feel freer."

- Kristie C.

"I am learning that everything is all connected, the issue is not just food, [and I] need to pay attention to everything, not just what I eat. I feel that I have gotten better at identifying what the issue is, rather than just "feeling fat" or eating because of stress. I believe I got a lot farther in a shorter amount of time than I would have on my own."

- Jen P.

"I would recommend it to anyone who has been on a constant diet loop. It’s time to get off the ride and just be HAPPY to nourish your body and mind with intuition. I don’t worry about my food choices. I know how to eat well but I give myself permission to indulge. I liked the way you helped everyone think differently when they got stuck on their own ideas."

- Kay C.

"I incorporated how foods make me feel. That’s how I’ve been eating. A rule just because it’s a rule is no longer in my life. Steph’s kind compassionate way made the course fun and she challenged us when we needed it. [This program] is life changing. I wish we would learn this at an early age."

- Kelli D.

This Coaching Isn't a Fit For...

Still be wondering if this coaching is a good fit for you? If these sound like you, it's not a match...

- You've been diagnosed with an eating disorder in the past or are currently in treatment for an eating disorder. (While I'd love to work with you, it's outside my scope of practice and certification as a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and Nutritonal Therapy Practitioner.)

- You're not willing to put weight loss on the back burner, at least temporarily, for the duration of the program.

- You're not ready to show up, be open, and participate in powerful coaching that will stretch your current beliefs.

- You're not ready to take radical responsibility for creating a new possibility for your life around food. (No judgment, but if you're completely resistant to change, there won't be any benefit to participating.)

- You want to passively listen without getting in there and doing the work. Learning is great – and we'll do that – but this coaching requires you to show up, try new things, and process it together on group calls. You'll be asked to actively participate.

- You're committed to playing small with your life.

- You want a weight loss program. This ain't it.

I'm looking to work with people who are a really great match: enthusiastic, fun, curious, coachable, resilient, and ready for change. Oh, and you've gotta be okay with the occasional curse word. If you're not ready right now, that's okay. Come back when you are, and I'll be here!

Spaces are limited to 15!

Frequently Asked Questions

When does the coaching program start?

The next cohort starts February 10 and runs through the week of May 4. That's 12 total weeks of coaching with a one-week break the week of March 30 (I'll be out of the country).

Do you offer private 1-1 coaching?

Not at this time. I firmly believe in the power of group coaching for a few reasons, namely you get to learn from each other and experience how profoundly having support can be.

When are the group coaching calls?

Coaching calls take place on Monday evenings. You'll get the absolute most value and transformation out of the coaching if you attend the calls live. However, if you ever have to miss a call, there will be a recording. I don't take attendance – you're a grown-ass adult – but I do urge you to make space in your schedule to be on the calls live.

Do you offer refunds?

Coaching is a parternship. I promise to show up each and every week to facilitate your transformation around food and body image. I don't take that committment lightly, and you shouldn't either! For that reason, I want to work with people who are 100% *IN* which means no refunds. View the full policy here.

How long will I have access to the materials?

Call recordings, worksheets, activities, and other resources will be uploaded to the back office area of my website. You'll be provided a log-in and will have access to them on my website for 12 months after the program begins. At any time during that 12-month period, you may download and keep the materials.

Will this program help me lose weight?

This is not a weight loss program. You're asked to put weight loss on the back burner during the duration of the program because actively pursuing restrictive diets and weight loss make it nearly impossible to develop true body self-awareness. Your body weight may stay the same, go down, or go up while you're learning to repair your relationship with food.

Group is limited to 15 people!

Applications due February 7.

*Note: If you're struggling with an eating disorder or have been diagnosed with an eating disorder in the past, I'm unable to provide coaching as that is outside my scope of practice as a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. Please see the National Eating Disorder Association (NEDA) for screening tools and treatment options.
