Hi lovely, I'm Steph Gaudreau...

I was put on this planet to help others faciliate their own healing and come home to themselves. I'm not here to fix you – you're not broken! – but rather to help you identify, remove, and transform what's standing in your way so you can live a life you fully choose. I believe you were made for more than obsessively counting calories or hating your body until the day you die.

Most of what I do involves a mixture of high-level coaching around Intuitive Eating sprinkled with Nutritional Therapy, mindset, energetics, motivational interviewing, herbalism, and spiritual curiosity. I'm a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor who studied under Evelyn Tribole & Elyse Resch, founders of Intuitive Eating.

For nearly 30 years, I struggled with body dysmorphia and constant dieting. Once I stopped calorie counting and under-eating, it turned into a restrictive "food lifestyle" full of more diet rules and anxiety about off-limits, non-compliant foods. Through my own self-education and trial and error, I gradually started becoming a more intuitive eater. It was a slow process, but I got there...I even eat and fully enjoy bread now. That's a big deal for someone who was terrified of gluten for years!

Here's the thing...I WISH I had support when I was re-learning to be an Intuitive Eater. I had so many fears, sticking points, and beliefs about food that were running my life and taking up so much space in my head. The process of making peace with and trusting my body around food took me almost a decade. It won't happen overnight, but I also know it shouldn't have to take you 10 years. 

I started this targeted, intensive Intuitive Eating group coaching so you can stop going to war with food and your body and live a more peaceful life full of purpose and possibility. And, so that it won't have to take you as long as it took me.

- You've been diagnosed with an eating disorder in the past or are currently in treatment for an eating disorder. (While I'd love to work with you, it's outside my scope of practice and certification as a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and Nutritonal Therapy Practitioner.)

Frequently Asked Questions

When does the coaching program start?

The next cohort starts February 10 and runs through the week of May 4. That's 12 total weeks of coaching with a one-week break the week of March 30 (I'll be out of the country). 

Do you offer private 1-1 coaching?

Not at this time. I firmly believe in the power of group coaching for a few reasons, namely you get to learn from each other and experience how profoundly having support can be.

When are the group coaching calls?

Coaching calls take place on Monday evenings. You'll get the absolute most value and transformation out of the coaching if you attend the calls live. However, if you ever have to miss a call, there will be a recording. I don't take attendance – you're a grown-ass adult – but I do urge you to make space in your schedule to be on the calls live.

Do you offer refunds?

Coaching is a parternship. I promise to show up each and every week to facilitate your transformation around food and body image. I don't take that committment lightly, and you shouldn't either! For that reason, I want to work with people who are 100% *IN* which means no refunds. View the full policy here.

How long will I have access to the materials?

Call recordings, worksheets, activities, and other resources will be uploaded to the back office area of my website. You'll be provided a log-in and will have access to them on my website for 12 months after the program begins. At any time during that 12-month period, you may download and keep the materials.

Will this program help me lose weight?

This is not a weight loss program. You're asked to put weight loss on the back burner during the duration of the program because actively pursuing restrictive diets and weight loss make it nearly impossible to develop true body self-awareness. Your body weight may stay the same, go down, or go up while you're learning to repair your relationship with food.
